Qualifications:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Computer Networking Specialist to join our team and assist with setting up and maintaining the IT infrastructure in our client office locations. This role involves installing and configuring new computers, networking devices, and software to ensure seamless integration and functionality across the office.
Key Responsibilities
Computer Setup and Configuration:
- Install and configure new desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices (e.g., printers, scanners).
- Install and update necessary dental and office software.
Networking:
- Configure and connect computers to the office’s network.
- Set up and manage routers, switches, and network connections.
- Ensure secure and reliable data sharing between computers and devices on the network.
Software Installation and Troubleshooting:
- Install and configure practice management, dental imaging, and other relevant software.
- Perform routine updates and resolve software compatibility issues.
Technical Support:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
- Provide training and support to staff for basic IT-related tasks.
Security and Compliance:
- Implement network security protocols to protect sensitive patient data.
