We are in search of a seasoned Senior WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team. As a WordPress Developer, you will be pivotal in crafting and tailoring WordPress websites while also showcasing your expertise in integrating Shopify and Magento.

  • Develop, tailor, and uphold WordPress websites, ensuring alignment with client specifications and industry standards.
  • Collaborate closely with design and UX teams to implement designs that are responsive and user-centric.
  • Craft and adapt WordPress themes and templates using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Innovate custom plugins and functionalities to enhance WordPress core capabilities.
  • Seamlessly integrate WordPress with third-party platforms such as Shopify and Magento.
  • Execute website optimization, enhancing speed, performance, and SEO.
  • Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams to gather and execute project requisites.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing and debugging to guarantee seamless user experiences.
  • Aid in the deployment and hosting processes of WordPress websites.
  • Keep abreast of WordPress and web development trends and best practices.

Key Requirements:

  • Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in web development, with a specialized focus on WordPress.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
  • Extensive experience in crafting custom WordPress themes and plugins.
  • Familiarity with Shopify and Magento platforms, coupled with the ability to seamlessly integrate them into WordPress.
  • Understanding of website deployment and hosting procedures.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and communicate proficiently.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist within our Brand team, you will spearhead the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives encompassing email, social media, and digital advertising campaigns. Your role demands an insatiable curiosity for digital trends and industry best practices, coupled with a blend of creativity and performance-oriented precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and supervise the development of digital marketing assets.
  • Evaluate and report on the performance of digital activations, measuring against predetermined goals (KPIs and ROI).
  • Utilize performance data to derive insights and drive subsequent actions.
  • Collaborate with our creative agency on the development of digital assets.
  • Assist in managing e-commerce activities to amplify brand awareness.
  • Track and manage budgets effectively.
  • Maintain digital product listings.
  • Aid in implementing strategies for database growth.
  • Manage website content to convey a compelling brand narrative.
  • Remain abreast of digital media trends and advancements.
  • Provide support to the client across various responsibilities and projects

Work Status:

This role requires on-site presence, actively engaging with operations and collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the business.

Your Experience:

  • Possession of a degree or certification in digital marketing, marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated 2-3 years of experience in a similar digital marketing capacity.
  • Hands-on experience in executing email marketing and digital paid media campaigns.
  • Proficiency in website content management and SEO planning and optimization.
  • Comprehensive understanding of social media community management across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, and TikTok.
  • Experience with Website/CMS platforms like WordPress, HTML, and Shopify is advantageous.
  • Strong project management abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
  • Empathetic demeanor coupled with a passion for achieving results.
  • Strong analytical skills rooted in data-driven decision-making.
  • Brand and consumer-centric approach.

  • Must be able to maintain and pass an RCMP criminal record check and obtain security clearance. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee front office operations, including managing phone calls,
    responding to emails and providing a welcoming environment for clients.
  • Email Payment reminders and requests.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including equipment, supplies, forms, and other services.
  • Coordinate scheduling for appointments and manage client appointments.
  • Set and prioritize tasks, assign responsibilities to support staff, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Provide administrative support as required.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail
